Tickets
Private support channels, or forms your staff review.
Last checked August 19, 2026
A ticket is either a private channel between the member and your staff, or a form your staff read afterwards. You pick per ticket type.
Setting up
Dashboard → Tickets.
- Create a ticket type, from scratch or from a template
- Choose the style. A channel ticket gives the member a private channel with your staff; a form ticket is a pop-up form your staff review afterwards
- Pick the category new tickets are created under
- Pick the support roles who can see them
- Pick a transcript channel if you want a copy kept. Transcripts need a Paid plan
- Post the panel to a channel
Members open a ticket from the panel button.
