Tickets

Private support channels, or forms your staff review.

Last checked August 19, 2026

A ticket is either a private channel between the member and your staff, or a form your staff read afterwards. You pick per ticket type.

Setting up

Dashboard → Tickets.

  1. Create a ticket type, from scratch or from a template
  2. Choose the style. A channel ticket gives the member a private channel with your staff; a form ticket is a pop-up form your staff review afterwards
  3. Pick the category new tickets are created under
  4. Pick the support roles who can see them
  5. Pick a transcript channel if you want a copy kept. Transcripts need a Paid plan
  6. Post the panel to a channel

Members open a ticket from the panel button.
