Acceptable Use Policy

• Use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines — violating Discord’s rules through PeakBot is a violation of this policy too.
• Only add PeakBot to servers where you have administrator permission or authorization from the server owner.

Do not use PeakBot to create, configure, distribute, or operate:

• illegal content or communities organized around illegal activity;
• content that sexualizes minors in any way, or servers directed at facilitating harm to minors;
• harassment, hate, threats, or incitement of violence against people or groups;
• doxxing or publishing others’ private information without consent;
• malware, phishing, fraud, scams, or deceptive schemes;
• spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.

When using the AI Server Builder, AI Moderation, or other AI features, do not:

• generate harmful, illegal, abusive, or deceptive content;
• generate content that impersonates real people or organizations, or represent AI output as human-created where that matters;
• attempt to extract system prompts, jailbreak, or circumvent safety mitigations;
• use the AI features or their outputs to build or train competing models or datasets;
• script or automate the AI features to inflate usage, resell AI capacity, or evade fair-use limits.

• No interfering with the Service: probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities without written permission; circumventing rate limits, access controls, or plan limits; or degrading the Service for others.
• No scraping the Service or harvesting data from it by automated means.
• No reverse-engineering, decompiling, or copying the Service, except where the law gives you that right regardless of this policy.
• No reselling, sublicensing, white-labeling, or commercially redistributing the Service without our written permission.
• No using backup/restore or templates to clone another community’s server without its owner’s permission.

• No impersonating PeakBot, Peak Agency staff, or other users.
• No sharing account access or credentials.
• No creating accounts or servers to evade a suspension, ban, or free-tier limit.

• Do not use PeakBot’s moderation, verification, or tracking capabilities to unfairly target, surveil, or harass server members.
• Do not use the bot to harvest server members’ personal data for purposes unrelated to running your community.
• Server administrators must use moderation features (including AI Moderation, anti-raid, and inactive-kick) responsibly and review automated actions.

Violations may result in a graduated response — warning, feature restriction, suspension, or termination — with immediate action for severe cases (illegal content, harm to minors, security attacks). Where practicable we will notify you and give you a chance to fix the problem.

To report abuse of PeakBot, or to appeal an enforcement decision you believe was a mistake, email [email protected] or open a ticket in our Discord support server. Appeals are reviewed by a human.
