PeakBot offers both a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. This Refund Policy covers purchases made for our Pro subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined below.
PeakBot Pro is sold as Pro Slots — each subscription grants one slot you can assign to one Discord server.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment details.
Refund eligibility depends on the timing and circumstances of your request:

We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Stripe.
You may cancel at any time in Settings. Service continues through the end of your billing period. Refunds are at our discretion, see policy above.
On cancellation, auto-renewal is turned off and your plan reverts to the free tier at the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If you cancel after the 48-hour window, no partial or pro-rated refund is issued for the remaining time in your billing cycle — you keep access to paid features until that period ends.
Pro-rated refunds outside the 48-hour window remain at our discretion and are typically reserved for billing errors, duplicate charges, or extended service outages as described in Section 3.
Promotional codes (for example, LAUNCH25 and similar launch or seasonal codes) apply a discount to your subscription but are treated as non-refundable cash equivalents. The discounted amount is not redeemable for cash, credit, or transfer, and the discount value cannot be refunded if you later cancel or downgrade.
If you are eligible for a refund on a discounted subscription, the refund amount is calculated from the actual amount you paid after the promotional discount, not the original list price. Promotional codes may also be limited to one redemption per account, may expire, and may be revoked if used in violation of these Terms.
