About PeakBot
PeakBot is an independent product that makes a free AI Discord bot. We launched in 2024 and today power 4500+ Discord communities with server building, moderation, and community tools.
Our mission
Running a Discord server should not require stitching together six different bots. We build PeakBot to give server owners one tool that handles the boring parts (moderation, onboarding, leveling, tickets, analytics) so they can spend their time on the community itself, not the configuration.
We also believe core features should be free. Most of PeakBot's 30+ features work on the free tier; Pro exists to fund development, not to gate moderation behind a paywall.
When we launched
PeakBot started in 2024 as a side project to fix the gap between expensive premium bots and barebones free ones. The AI Server Builder shipped as our first headline feature: describe a community in plain English, get a complete server back. We have shipped continuous updates since.
The team
PeakBot is built and operated by a small independent team. We are not part of a larger company, we have no outside investors, and we do not sell user data to anyone. The product is funded entirely by Pro subscriptions from server owners who choose to upgrade.
The team handles product, engineering, design, moderation policy, and support directly. There is no outsourced support tier. When you reach us in the support Discord, you reach the people who actually build the bot.
How we make money
PeakBot Pro is $8.25 per month per server (grandfathered users keep the earlier $8.50/month rate). Pro unlocks the AI Server Builder and a few higher-limit features. Everything else (moderation, XP, tickets, welcome messages, reaction roles, analytics) stays free.
We do not run ads, we do not sell or share user data with advertisers, and we do not have an "enterprise sales" tier. Revenue comes from Pro subscriptions, full stop.
